Ryan turns messy processes into clean, organized requirements that teams can actually build from. He brings the perspective of both a product founder and an enterprise technology lead.

For Washington DC's technology office, he built ServiceNow Virtual Agent experiences, led a complete Employee Center redesign, and trained more than 50 people on the systems he shaped. He now structures requirements for an enterprise service catalog spanning ten programs. As founder of Pawzr, he also led a team of eight developers.

Nick builds data and AI platforms for a living, turning sprawling systems into foundations people can actually use. His work spans biotech, retail, financial services, and global platform teams.

After director and VP roles across biotech, Nike, and Fidelity, he now leads AI, cloud automation, and developer experience teams across two continents. He began by applying machine learning to medicine and holds a PhD in chemical engineering with 17 published papers.
